WHAT IS A PARADOX, ANYWAY?
When you don’t know the solution to a problem, that goes on and on in spite of any approach taken, and confounding every attempt at resolving it…we call this a ‘quandary’. When the unimaginable solution that finally reverses it, is so revolutionary, that the result is a far greater outcome than would have happened if the problem hadn’t existed in the first place…this, we call a ‘paradox’.
There is a quandary faced by the well-intentioned, loving leaders of our Era, where, no matter how much time has passed, they have still not managed to join forces in order to bring about the kind of world we all wish we were living in. When you see what is standing in the way, you will want to take hold of this opportunity to clarify your own emotional-intelligent framework for understanding where you are needed to play invaluable roles, that up until now, almost no one is considering as their next, most obvious step; which, when taken, would fulfill them as leaders.

Did you know that to radically alter a person’s trajectory in life, all that is needed is a change of perspective?
The Paradox of Knowing stems from this: Anyone experiencing this quandary where the force of their authority feels diminished when addressing people from outside of their own camp of thinkers, has developed, with time, into an actual minority mindset, brought on by the inability to observably prove what is evident to them from their own firsthand experience. You know without a doubt that what you’re promoting is beneficial—superior even, and yet, there is no way to convince someone that does not share your experience. The resulting energy is of one that shrinks back from assuming command, on the foundation of one’s most prominent fortress of strengths. In other words, it doesn’t feel good to behave as a superior in the relationship, (despite your rightful claim to it)—but you end up feeling like just another person with an opinion. Your primary force of fire within, Wise One, ends up getting censored out of discussions, or merely blends into the fray. This quandary, faced primarily by people who tend to operate according to the feminine energy, exists because of an innate urge to wait for outside agreement with one’s private perspectives, before founding them as reliable or even enforceable truths. Furthermore, it is a natural gift of the feminine to be able to anticipate the vantage points of other people and to be able to find ways to harmonize bridges of connection, to better include the preferences of those around them..
Here’s where this is a major problem for wise leadership
It is the masculine energy within the Human psychological makeup that governs the external world. Anyone taking a public position of authority is leading from their masculine strength, first and foremost. And so, anyone hoping to be successful as a leader in our world will have to harness that set of strengths, while tempering their feminine inclinations—that is, if they want to be taken seriously. This means that it is not enough to merely be wise, trustworthy, intelligent or caring (qualities of the feminine energy, which governs the inner world—the invisible realms of the mind and heart.) Nobody knows you’re trying to be in charge—they just think that your generous support is free to anyone, if they want it. Oops. You thought that espousing the proof of being the ideal leader—one who could be counted on—someone hard working, with superior knowledge and a genuine drive to serve Humanity, would eventually open the right doors to playing the parts you envisioned yourself playing in the world. But all the while, you have looked down on those who grab at power and openly pursue wealth and self-promotion. Paradigm shift: At least they are being honest with themselves and open with everybody else. That is why they are getting what they want. How are you going to bridge the gap between the corners you’ve been blocked into as the pious and the good, and the leader you’ll have to know yourself to be, in order to bring about the profound, widespread impact, which has been your desired purpose all along?
This dilemma is merely the tip of the iceberg of an entire system of time-ingrained, self-sabotaging, convoluted mental vices, that will completely astonish you, when you see it all laid out.
It is no wonder at all that so many fail to step up to where they can effect a genuinely satisfying difference for society on the whole. For you and for any other world-changing leaders in hiding (minorities of any stripe—those who possess the knowing compassion to go to the depths and see what the land and its people and its creatures need in order to heal), finding your own genuine will for powerful, commanding influence—whatever that may look like for your unique composition, is the next evolutionary precipice. It will be my thrill to see these wonderful individuals discover their most delicious, ingeniously contagious, surprisingly effortless ways of espousing and sharing the wealth they have dedicated themselves to giving rise to, for the well-being of the Earth and for all who live on it—while demonstrating the kind of authority that instills confidence in anyone.

What you are not observing, but possibly have surmised by now, is that I am constantly outrunning whatever crazy-making, unfinished business is in the Quantum Field, that is clambering to keep aaaaanything at all from ever changing. I am witnessing the most absurd, self-sabotaging, foolishness in realms of high authority—all out of desperation to maintain superior control. You know that old ship full of criminals, that is somewhere, perpetually going down in the arms of the Kraken? That for me represents the mindless, emblazoned chaos dance of the monkeys of disaster—madmen of the waning Era, in their mutually self-sabotaging effort to keep anyone else from succeeding, at all costs—even forfeiting what stands to benefit themselves—such as…still having a vessel to sail on.
